The Testo 105 food thermometer can measure the core temperature of semi-solid media like meat, cheese and jellies. The standard probe sensor (100mm) included in the scope of supply can be easily inserted into non-frozen food and food in liquid form. Where required, an optional long measurement tip (200mm) is available for larger sample types. A frozen tip probe is also available as an optional extra providing the ability to measure the core temperature of frozen items. Depending on the probe used, the Testo 105 can be used for a variety of applications in commercial kitchens, supermarkets and the checking of incoming goods.

As the Testo 105 rated IP65, the unit can be washed under running water anywhere.
