The Testo 831 infrared thermometer is designed for fast, accurate, non-contact surface temperature measurement across a wide range of food safety and industrial applications. With its broad –30°C to +210°C measuring range, adjustable emissivity, and high-precision 30:1 optics combined with dual-laser targeting, it delivers reliable readings even from a distance.
